I don't really like this prep book. It has some useful how-to information (like how to do kinds of problems in mathematics), but the tips it gives you aren't that helpful and 100% accurate because it basically teaches you how to guess.
You should never buy any thing from this seller.I ordered this book on line and never received it.I emailed the seller and amazon.com many times and no one responded so I have to call my credit card company to credit my account.This seller is very unreliable and I recommend not to order any thing through them.
:) While the College Board book had more tests it also fails to go over the answers so if you get a question wrong and you don't know how to solve it your self, you are flat out of luck. I have recently purchased "Cracking the SAT" by Princeton Review as well as the "The Official SAT Study Guide" by The College Board. Overall make sure to use several different sources when trying to study for the SAT, this way you are exposed to more and will probably do better. I have also been studying for the last few months for the October SAT. I love "Cracking the SAT" for explaining all the answers for the three tests it has to offer also the techniques it talks about to get to your answer faster [math] or easier are definitely tried and true. I would definitely recommend this book to my little brothers and sister as well as you shoppers. Good luck.
This book is so easy to understand and unbelievably helpful. I am 32 years old and returning to college and have to take the SAT's. After being out of school so long, I was scared about taking this test. It has amazing hints. I am very confident that I will do great on the test now.
Cracking the SAT, 2008 Edition (College Test Prep)if you are preping for SAT, it's good to look at many different books that will provide you with different perspective and way of solving question types of SATmost of the questions are from past SAT tests, so it is the current difficulty of SAT tests. GOOD BOOK, should go through once before taking SAT:)
